    When we contacted Sam we were not sure if she was the right realtor for our case. She managed to contact the right people at BofA and move the process along quickly. We even found out later that the response times we got from our bank, though they seemed slow at the time, were actually much faster that the average case. I’m sure this was because of Sam’s communication skills and persistence.

    There are so many things that we enjoy about Sam as a person – she is funny and dedicated to being excellent in whatever she does. We are so glad we were able to use her as our realtor through this process.
