1. RENTAL SEARCH ON SAMNEYLAN.COM, once you click the 'area', click 'RENTAL' in the search criteria
2. RENTAL SEARCHES ON CRAIGSLIST, once you log on, choose the category that you're looking for. Also, try all the different cities you're interested in. CraigsList does not have a 'Santa Clarita' section, so use keyword searches.
3. RENTAL SEARCH ON SCREM.com, some people love it, some people don't.
4. RENTAL SEARCH ON CLASSIC PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, a very reputable property management company.

This should get you started..finding rentals has everything to do with research and networking. Once you find a place, make sure you have read the lease and that you have a copy of it. EVERYTHING should be in writing...trust me!
